Join us in welcoming Abraham Judisch to Kipsu as our first Information Security Analyst. Before coming to Kipsu, Abraham worked at Ernst & Young as a Technology Risk Consultant after graduating from the University of Minnesota. Outside of the office, you'll find Abraham practicing karate, reading, and enjoying runs around South Minneapolis lakes.
What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?
I had the unique opportunity to help interview Chris Smith for an Entrepreneurship award and was immediately impressed by his leadership approach and the focus of Kipsu on providing quality services. Later on, the opportunity to join the team and work closely with the Kipsu leadership was something I couldn't pass by. As I learned more about Kipsu, the collaborative and innovative culture shaped my decision to join the team.
What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?
I was immediately drawn to the upbeat and collaborative culture of Kipsu's teams. Many people took the initiative to introduce themselves and help answer some very basic questions we all have when starting a new job!
What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?
I'm excited to have a hand in creating a secure business environment while enabling our teams to complete their jobs in an efficient manner. And I am very excited at the opportunity to support a growing company!
What is your favorite Kipsu core value?
Practice Stewardship. I believe this approach/mindset fosters collaboration and values individuals above how much they can do/provide.
If you could meet any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?
Dwight D. Eisenhower, I would like to hear his analysis/thoughts on the current state of global affairs and I would love to hear how he approached leading individuals, teams, and large organizations.
We're looking for motivated people to join our growing team in Minneapolis. See our careers page to view all open positions and submit an application.
