Maxwell recently joined Kipsu as a Customer Support Technical Representative. Prior to Kipsu, he worked for US Bank and was part of the Software Guild's Java Apprenticeship. Outside of work, you'll find him playing a variety of instruments, going to shows, playing Dungeons and Dragons, board games, video games, and listening to podcasts. We asked Maxwell to reflect on his time at Kipsu so far.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?

Everyone I spoke to during the interview process seemed both so friendly and easy to talk to, but also so excited and passionate about the work they were doing. It seemed like a real team atmosphere.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

Developing my technical skills while working to give customers the best experience they can have.

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

Pursue Relentlessly. I love to solve puzzles and problems and I am determined to never give up.

If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

Composer Igor Stravinsky. His work has influenced my own musical taste and technique so much, and it would be great to have a chance to pick his brain.
