“This is a nearly perfect getaway hotel in the Rockies located a little over an hour west of Calgary. I don’t think it is an exaggeration to say that the customer service here is in the top-2 I've ever experienced in a hotel ever. Everyone from the bellhops to the front desk staff to the restaurant servers/staff to the housekeeping staff - all of them warmly greeted us and asked if we needed anything. I received texts from a member of the management every single day we were there asking how things were going. Marriott - if you are listening - what they are doing here should be emulated.”
