We could not be more excited to announce that Kipsu ranked on the Star Tribune's list of top workplaces for the third time, landing 30th for small companies in the list for 2021!
The Top 175 Workplaces contest surveys employees at nearly 3000 companies across the state to find the organization with the strongest employee engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction.
Since the company's inception, Kipsu's leadership has placed a high value on creating a healthy, sustainable, and successful company culture that promotes company growth and employee well-being. Each year, Kipsu works to add new initiatives to further fulfill on core values and expand on the aspects that make Kipsu successful.
This year, Kipsu renewed its focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion(DEI), forming 5 DEI subcommittees to tackle the most pressing pillars of the company's DEI objectives. Each subcommittee consists of a cross-team group of Kipsuvians from all levels of the company and works to define, execute, and meet goals around their diversity pillar. The committees include:
