Minneapolis, MN - (June 23, 2021) - Kipsu, one of the Twin Cities’ fastest growing start-ups, proudly announces its recent recognition on the StarTribune’s Top 175 Workplaces in Minnesota for 2021. This is the third time that Kipsu has finished on this list, previously ranking #1 in 2019 in the Small Company category.
The Top 175 Workplaces recognizes companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. There were over 76,000 responses from employees at public, private, and nonprofit organizations across the state. These rankings were collected by Energage, an independent company that specializes in employee engagement and retention, with nearly 3,000 companies being invited to participate.
This recognition further demonstrates Kipsu’s year-over-year commitment to building a great company culture, investing in their employees, and giving back to the local Twin Cities community. One of Kipsu’s major initiatives in 2021 is a renewed focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). As a result, the company has formed 5 DEI subcommittee’s consisting of team members across all levels of the company. These groups are responsible for tackling what Kipsu considers to be the pillars of the company’s DEI objectives including equitable hiring, creating a welcoming work environment, and more.
