What were you up to before joining Kipsu? 

Prior to Kipsu I have had over a decade of Experience as a Principal Engineer at Growth Stage SaaS companies before moving to Leadership roles.I have lead various Digital Transformations of Engineering organizations with scaled Agile and modern cloud first practices.I am also actively involved in local development communities and mentorship programs.

What are some things you enjoy doing outside of work? 

Cooking, Traveling, Music.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies? 

I have experienced this growth phase and size of company as an Engineer, and am now excited to experience it as a leader.I'm also excited to learn more about the hospitality industry as a whole.

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

Great energy. Everyone is always willing to help or answer questions. Everyone is working for the same goals and feels like one unified team helping each other out.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

Scaling our delivery practices and architecture to provide new features to customers and grow our company.

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

We Play the Long Game - I love that we are investing in our own future and doing things the right way the first time.

If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

My Wife - Any generic famous or historic person answer would probably change every other week, but I would be happily enjoy a dinner with my wife any day.
