Prior to Kipsu, Chanda received her MBA at the Carlson School of Management and worked for several large enterprises. Outside of work, you'll find her traveling, going to concerts, and trying new restaurants. We asked Chandra to reflect on her time at Kipsu so far.
After working for a handful of larger corporations, I was driven to Kipsu's start-up environment and collaborative culture. I knew after coming out of business school that I wanted a role with a lot of variety where I could apply my broad-scope of past experiences.
The level of open communication and everyone's willingness to help! Starting a new role in a new company is always challenging especially in a virtual environment and the immense support of the Kipsu team throughout the onboarding experience was incredibly helpful.
Working at a start-up for the first time, I'm looking forward to the constant learnings and opportunities for growth that will present themselves in market that is constantly evolving. Continuing to strengthen relationships with our partners is one of the tasks I am most looking forward to taking on at Kipsu.
Go Beyond Together: I have always enjoyed working on diverse teams with different strengths and backgrounds and am really excited to work for a company whose values align with mine. The belief that we can accomplish more as a team vs. as individuals is something that I wholeheartedly agree with.
Leo Messi! I've been a Barca fan for as long as I can remember and I even saw him score at Camp Nou last March right before the pandemic hit. Barcelona is one of my favorite cities in the world so I'd be happy to use any excuse to go back- especially to have dinner with one of the greatest athletes of all time.
