Det recently joined Kipsu as a Customer Support Technology Representative. Prior to Kipsu, Det gained his customer service expertise in the restaurant service industry, working many front-of-house roles. Outside of work, you'll find Det relaxing with Sunday crosswords and exploring spooky and spontaneous adventures! We asked Det a few questions to reflect on his first few weeks here.
What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?
I was really impressed with the company wide customer service mindset. Kipsu's caring attitude toward their customers extends beyond the Customer Support team.
What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?
Communication is high and everyone is eager to help. There's also a great flow between taking ownership of your work and being open to collaboration.
What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?
I'm looking forward to challenging myself with finding new ways to contribute to the growth of Kipsu.
What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?
My favorite Kipsu core value is Never Be Satisfied. Kipsu is always looking for ways to improve and grow, which makes working at Kipsu exciting and never boring.
If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?
I would want to go to dinner with my friend Sylvia because we like the same things and she always has hot gossip and drama going on. Or maybe Michelle Obama. Either of them.
