Doug attended the University of Wisconsin and spent over a decade working in the fitness industry. Outside of work, you'll find him spending time with his wife and dog, watching the NFL, following politics, weightlifting, and playing Magic: The Gathering. We asked Doug to reflect on his time at Kipsu so far.

My childhood hero was Arnold Schwarzenegger. He's been a high achiever in all that he has pursued. Since starting out in the 1970s he has matured a lot and seeks to give back now more than ever. He has also made a lot of mistakes and then had to learn, evolve, and grow from them.
