What were you up to before joining Kipsu? 

Previously I worked in the multi-family property management in the Uptown / South Mpls area. The skills I learned in property management from leasing to managing resident expectations are what I am most excited to implement here in New Markets at Kipsu.

What are some things you enjoy doing outside of work? 

My wife and I enjoy playing with our bernese mountain dog, his name is Toast. I enjoy photography of all sorts, weddings to sporting events. For exercise I am always playing pickleball or golf!

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies? 

The ability to connect relationships & technology, with the ability to use my skills at the same time. The idea to collaborate with other teammates as well was most intriguing.

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

The welcoming and open arms culture - awesome surprise. Unlimited coffee is a plus. The team culture is in everything.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

Growing with the New Markets team, wearing a ton of hats, and learning new skills I have yet to learn.

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

Serve Others. I enjoy leaving people better than I found them. Working here at Kipsu seems to be a great way to incorporate life / work at the same time.

If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

Coach K. He was loyal to Duke for so long, faced adversity but also lead young players to success on/off the court.
