What were you up to before joining Kipsu? 

I was a reinsurance underwriter in Korea and worked as a freelance translator when I moved to the US. I wanted a change so completed a software development bootcamp before joining Kipsu.

What are some things you enjoy doing outside of work? 

I like doing pilates and playing with my adorable kitty.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies? 

Positive vibe and openness. I also could tell from my interviews that people here genuinely enjoy their work, so I wanted to be a part of it!

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

People are so welcoming and friendly. And they are always eager to help out when I have questions.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

I want to gain more experience and knowledge, even if that might involve figuring things out the hard way.

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

My favorite Kipsu core value is play the long game.

If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

I would pick Tom Brady! To be honest, I am not a sports fan, but I admire his mental ability to stay calm and focused under pressure. I want to know his secrete!
