Before joining Kipsu, I worked as an Azure Customer Engineer at Microsoft. I helped support businesses around the world with their Azure infrastructure and specialized in Networking and Security.
During the warmer months in Minnesota, I love to fish and camp. Every few years I make a weekend trip up north to camp at the Boundary Waters near the border of U.S. and Canada. Basketball was always a sport that I frequently played during my teenage years, and I still enjoy shooting some hoops from time to time.
The main factor that made me gravitate towards Kipsu was the friendliness and genuine interactions that I had with everyone during the entire interview process. It felt like they truly enjoyed working at Kipsu and their energy matched their words about the company.
Everyone at Kipsu is very open and friendly. I was greeted right when I walked into the main office and the team made me feel right at home from the get go. Many Kipsuvians would make an effort to approach you and introduce themselves.
I'm looking forward to learning the product that Kipsu provides inside and out. I want to be able to make an impact by improving the functionality of the product as well as creating new features that are highly requested by the current customer base.
My favorite Kipsu core value is "never be satisfied". As a lifelong learner, this really resonates with my own core values. Always strive to improve yourself and never stop asking questions.
If I could pick a person to chat with over a shared dinner, I would choose Mark Zuckerberg. I'd like to ask him about the growing pains of scaling Facebook to the behemoth that it is today. I'm really interested in learning about the entire process and architecture that you would need in order to scale a website/application from humble beginnings to a worldwide status.
We're looking for motivated people to join our growing team in Minneapolis. See our careers page to view all open positions and submit an application.
