Kipsu recently welcomed Jonathan Alter to our Customer Success Team. After his first few weeks, we asked Jonathan a few questions about his time at Kipsu.

What were you up to before joining Kipsu?

Prior to Kipsu I was helping to run an online education video course centered around gut health.

What are some things you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love being outside - running, camping, playing sports. I love being in the kitchen - cooking and sharing meals.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?

Kipsu seemed well positioned as a company poised for growth, and I appreciated Kipsu's clear messaging around values and work culture.

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

Each one of my colleagues was (and still is) so well rounded. Everyone is bright, hard working, easy to talk to, and cares deeply about customers and coworkers.What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?I am looking forward to working through the logistical challenges of Kipsu's next growth phase!

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

Think Customer First. It is encouraging to have this included in Kipsu's core value because it shows that the priority is to serve the customer, not to squeeze cash out of them. Take care of your partners and they will take care of you!

If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

Jon Stewart. This question is so tough because there are so many cool people in this world. Stewart comes to mind because I remember watching The Daily Show as a kid and admiring how he was able to teach me, get me to care about people and ideas, and make me laugh all at the same time.
