Kipsu recently welcomed Jonathan Alter to our Customer Success Team. After his first few weeks, we asked Jonathan a few questions about his time at Kipsu.
Prior to Kipsu I was helping to run an online education video course centered around gut health.
I love being outside - running, camping, playing sports. I love being in the kitchen - cooking and sharing meals.
Kipsu seemed well positioned as a company poised for growth, and I appreciated Kipsu's clear messaging around values and work culture.
Each one of my colleagues was (and still is) so well rounded. Think Customer First. It is encouraging to have this included in Kipsu's core value because it shows that the priority is to serve the customer, not to squeeze cash out of them. Take care of your partners and they will take care of you!
Jon Stewart. This question is so tough because there are so many cool people in this world. Stewart comes to mind because I remember watching The Daily Show as a kid and admiring how he was able to teach me, get me to care about people and ideas, and make me laugh all at the same time.
