Kipsu is excited to welcome Katie Shilkrot to our Customer Success team!

What were you up to before joining Kipsu? 

I was a stay at home mom since Covid hit with my 9 month old son.

What are some things you enjoy doing outside of work? 

I love to spend time with my family and I love to read!!

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies? 

I loved the idea of a start up and being able to grow with a company sounded very interesting.

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

Everyone is really nice and is always available to answer questions if you have them.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

I'm excited to learn more about the business and the platforms that are used.

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

Serve Others is my favorite Kipsu core value because I love building lasting relationships that matter. Knowing that I can make someone feel better by not only providing a service that they need but also treating them with respect as individuals.

If you could meet any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

Lewis Capaldi. I love his music and I have seen interviews of him and he looks like he would be an absolute blast to hang out with.
