Keelie fills her free time with many outdoor activities from hiking and camping to canoeing. She also loves to paint and draw for leisure. We're excited to have her join the Kipsu team and asked Keelie to share her experience with Kipsu so far.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?

I wanted to work somewhere where I would be able to gain experience and knowledge. I felt like starting off my career at a startup company would be able to teach me a lot of valuable lessons to launch my career. I also loved how the company represents itself and the service they provide, so I’m happy to be apart of it!

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

I noticed that everyone is so nice and willing to help and answer questions. Being that this platform is still new and everybody is constantly learning, everyone will work together to find the solution!

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

I look forward to tackling any challenges! I think with this job, we will have to overcome many obstacles on a weekly basis to ensure Kipsu is performing at its best. But personally, I’m looking forward to tackling the challenge of my first rotation as a Product Analyst since all of this information is completely new to me!

What is your favorite Kipsu core value?

My favorite Kipsu core value is Pursue Relentlessly.

If you could meet any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

If I could meet any person for a chat over dinner, I would chose to meet Prince because I would love to talk about music and his life story of growing up in Minnesota and becoming the legend he is still known for!

What made you choose to apply for the Entrepreneurship Leadership Rotation Program?

I chose to apply for the Rotation Program because I thought this was a great opportunity for someone just coming out of college to gain exposure to multiple different departments in a company. I’m not sure which route I would like to take my career, so this program is perfect for me to find what I like and dislike.
