What were you up to before joining Kipsu? 

I was working as a software developer and also a product delivery manager for a local software company.

What are some things you enjoy doing outside of work? 

In my free time I enjoy building plastic models especially from the Gundam series. Beside that, I also enjoy playing pc games and board games from times to times.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies? 

The first thing that drew me to Kipsu are the cultures and the people. Everyone is friendly and great to talk with. In addition to the great culture that Kipsu is currently having.

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

The Kipsu team is great and very helpful. They make sure to answer all my questions and concerns, and ensure I have everything I need for the job.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

I am looking forward to tackle all the new challenges that Kipsu is planning to have in the upcoming year and also keep improving my knowledge in devops.

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

My favorite Kipsu core is "Go Beyond Together" since to be successful, it does require everyone to be on the same boat and work together, and having this as one of the core values will keep reminding everyone about this.

If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

I would pick Nikola Tesla. Since I would love to learn more about all of his inventions including how he was able to come up with them, and also details about he was able to make them work.
