What were you up to before joining Kipsu?

I was a Bank Teller at Bell bank and I worked on my Grand Fathers farm

What are some things you enjoy doing outside of work?

Biking, breweries, exploring with my dog

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?

The mindset of the fellow employee, everyone here isn't just doing it cause its a job its cause they want to make a positive impact on the industry and community

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

Very welcoming, and wanting to assist in anyway whats so ever.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

The never ending challenge of learning to sell well

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

Play the long game: I love that idea that even in sales it is not just about close the deal its about keep the deal going.

If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

14th Dalai Lama Gyalwa Rinpoche. The task to take care of Tibet during the the Chinese take over and then becoming a refugee in Nepal while still being the spiritual leader of Tibet. Having to face the troubles of being the last Dalai Lama. He seems to be a fascinating man.
