I graduated from Colorado State University in December of 2021. I moved to Minnesota from Fort Collins, Colorado in February of 2022. I worked for a residential solar company as a Sales Development Representative doing door to door sales until September, 2022. I took some time to explore and enjoy Minnesota from September until November of 2022 until I began interviewing for sales positions.
I enjoy live and electronic music concerts and have been a yearly music festival attendee for the past 7 years. In the summer I play paintball and would like to begin competing in local tournaments this summer. I love winter activities and have been snowboarding/skiing, as well as ice skating for as long as I can remember.
My main draw to Kipsu was my desire to sell a product that I could be proud to represent. I thrive in an in-person setting so I'm happy Kipsu offers a hybrid work schedule. Kipsu offers the opportunity to be creative in our approach to sales as well as a collaborative environment to brainstorm different ideas.
Everyone at Kipsu is inviting, and happy to communicate with each other in person. The office space is beautiful, open concept space that promotes discussion. Departments work closely with each other to achieve their goals.
I am looking forward to being an expert at all the tools I have been introduced to. I love the sales process and am excited to see a sale come to fruition. Determining how Kipsu can help clients through identifying pain points in tandem with a solid understanding of the services and benefits Kipsu offers will take time but is exciting to learn.
My favorite Kipsu core value is "Practice Stewardship." I like the notion that my coworkers are invested in the long term growth and success of the company.
