We recently welcomed TJ Aubrecht to our team as a Customer Success Representative – Onboarding. Prior to Kipsu, TJ was a Customer Service Associate. Outside of work, you'll find TJ playing hockey, golf, ice cross downhill, and spending time at his cabin. We asked TJ to reflect on his time at Kipsu so far.
What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?
I was drawn to Kipsu initially because the work atmosphere seemed great, and the more I learned about the company the more I learned to truly appreciate Kipsu's core values. It's cool to see an organization that's so genuinely values-oriented.
What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?
My overall impression during my first week was just that everyone is super nice and inviting. It just showed how the work atmosphere I was told about during the interview process is true.
What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?
I look forward to helping make the lives of our customers easier so they can enjoy the things that make them happy in life.
What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?
Serve Others. There is always something new to learn if you want to be the best!
If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?
John F. Kennedy - I would love to hear what types of ideas or plans he had for our countries future as he was such a progressive thinker and politician.
