Prior to joining Kipsu, Tony lived in Singapore working to help hotels generate revenue. One of Tony's favorite things to do outside of work is to travel, especially to beach locations like Bali. We caught up with Tony to ask him to reflect on his time at Kipsu.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?

Culture, it radiates positive vibes inside and out.

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

There are no silos, everyone is welcome to ask anything to anyone.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

Continue growing the amazing customer base we have and watching Kipsu's worldwide footprint grow!

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

Think Customer First, our partners put their client first and I want to be part of their everyday success. We strive to deliver the highest customer satisfaction just like our partners guests receive, keep that positive energy going!

If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

Michelle Obama, absolute rock star at being a role model and leader. When Michelle speaks, she speaks with passion and drive that radiates confidence. She has defined "words matter" to a generation and you don't stop because you have been knocked down you fuel your fire with the negative and turn that into positive energy.
