“This hotel was beautiful & the staff was amazing! Right from the start Tambra at the front desk was amazing! We were even given a phone number that we could text anytime for any reason, like where to eat, or if we needed anything for the room. I can’t wait to stay here again!!”

"We had an excellent experience at the hotel. Hotel is very clean, staff is helpful, and other guests were friendly too. Upon arrival, the front desk texted us a welcome note and said we could text back for anything during our stay. It was so convenient and they were extremely responsive! Very impressed! The hotel is in an awesome location right on the boardwalk and is pet friendly. Looking forward to a return trip this summer!"

"Shortly after checking in we received a text message from from the general manager, Lorena, seeing if we were doing ok so far with our stay. I love that idea! I worked as a catering and sales manager at a hotel for years and wish we did the text message thing to check up on our guests. Many benefits to that way of communicating, I think."

"Also, as reviews have mentioned, there's no housekeeping service right now, but they do have a phone number you can text with requests (since their phone lines were always busy, this helped). We definitely took advantage of this and they always delivered - we asked for robes, we got robes. We asked for more water bottles and k-cups, we got em. More towels no problem."
