“If you aren’t striving to get to that next level, what are you doing?” That’s what Kyle Eiermann, Regional General Manager of A&S Hospitality Management, recently expressed. Kyle manages two Staybridge Suites locations in the Nashville area (Mt. Juliet and Murfreesboro). While these Staybridge Suites are already high-performing hotels, he was looking to bring the two properties to the top and gain award recognition when he partnered with Kipsu. “If I want to win these awards, which is year after year, I need to be excellent all year round,” said Kyle, “[Kipsu] kind of fills those little, little niche areas that I need to boost my categories of and it has done so tremendously.”

Kyle has already seen tremendous improvement since implementing Kipsu’s guest messaging in May. For their overall scores, they saw a 10-12% increase over six months. Not only did their overall scores increase, they saw a HUGE boost in IHG loyalty recognition, increasing from 75-80% up to 97% through Kipsu! Once A&S Hospitality Management saw the success Kyle had with Kipsu at the Staybridge Suites, the management company gave the green light to implement Kipsu at their other properties as well.

You can hear the rest of Kyle’s success story in the video below!
